Responsible for managing the implementation of the Company’s Store operations to provide best in class services for customers and continuously improve the quality level of retail services and products as well as monitoring the financial and operational performance of the store and recommending opportunities for improvement to increase the Company’s market share in the Kuwaiti market.
· Manage the maintenance of operating standards and sales activities with attention to quality of work & cost efficiencies while ensuring that product sales are maximized.
· Handle complicated issues related to the store Staff and/ or customers to ensure providing customers with an outstanding experience and increase their satisfaction.
· Monitor staff schedule, work shifts, days-off, absence and leave to ensure continuity of operations.
· Managing the workshop staff and targets.
· Ensure proper implementation of in-store visual merchandising standards and maintenance of high standards of visual display, signs, shelf labelling, etc. to ensure quality customer experience.
· Ensure all inventory management activities are well implemented as per the Company’s guidelines and oversee stock management to ensure availability and proper control of all required products.
· Monitor inventory levels and cash and identify improvement actions in coordination with other corporate departments.
· Liaise with the Marketing Department for leading the development of effective marketing and sales programs to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales.
· Manager all activities of the store to ensure that maximum quality of services is always provided to customers for maximizing achievement of targets through staff.
· Monitor store’s position in relation to direct competition and provide guidance and directives for improvement in case of any deficiency.
· Maintaining improving overall level of customer satisfaction.
· Analyze inputs of purchasing trends of customer requirements/feedback, pricing and quality standards.
· Monitor and verify effective store opening and closing procedures.
